Gun Powder Girl - PMMM

The extremely short-lived (er, in terms of camera time!) Puella Magi, Mami Tomoe, from the redundantly titled anime Puella Magi Madoka Magica. I've barely been watching any series, but this one most definitely caught my attention (give it a watch, if you can!)

What's not to love about her? She wields an innumerable amount of classic flintlocks, kicks ass, embodies a nonchalant attitude (most of the time) *while* she kicks ass, and sports a less-than-typical orange and brown colour scheme and somewhat old-fashioned attire.

Best Part To Do: hair details, I wanted a lot. Also, I liked using a thin, thin pen to "sketch" shading instead of actually use a specific colour to shade. But I'm sure you could tell, I'm not into the *literal* "drill hair" look, I kinda transformed it into large curls -- it's a bit more realistic and in tune with my cartoon-y style.

Worst Part To Do: the pose, hands down. Even now it just barely works. I went over to my brothers house to get a toy rifle we played with as kids and posed to get the angles right... it was an embarrassing photoshoot...
